A little disappointed 4 stars because how prompt delivery was, the ease of using the website to design things, and the pricing is great. I have used you guys for years now and haven’t had issue, however the quality of print wasn’t up to scratch on my last order which was for 10 mugs, the black ink on the mugs was quite green and a smudged and blurry kind of print
