Lovely bags
For a 'budget' bag they're larger and strong material that I imagined. We were delighted with the quality. Our order was delayed due to pandemic but I received an email letting me know and asking if I still wanted to go ahead. Communication was good.
On some of the bags the print was crooked and a bit blotchy. Not the worst and only the odd one.

Terrible customer service and late delivery
I completed numerous orders within days of each other as I thought I would use this company for my designs which I sell to my customers. Biggest mistake I could have made. Delivery times are shocking! On average, my orders took 2-3 weeks to get delivered. I still have 3 outstanding orders including one express delivery order which were ordered nearly 14 days ago! I received one order a couple of days ago. Both coasters were marked and tote bag design was of extreme poor quality! Their customer service is non existent. Don’t expect a response via email or phone. It is so frustrating! No where does it mention in their website about delays. The 2 owners only care about the money and clearly don’t care about their customers. Really really disappointed!
