The quality of the bag is pretty standard but not amazing, the picture printed on it came out well. However, for standard shipping you pay £3 and expect it in 4 working days, and mine arrived 10 laters. The costumer service team were okay when dealing with it but didn’t seem to care massively. Order with plenty of time because I missed the birthday I was gifting this to.

Wow! Excellent service and value for money. Attentive customer service, when I called up on Monday they offered to send my parcel express and it arrived early on Wednesday. Bags are excellent, look perfect. Happy, and will definitely order from this company again.B

I have ordered a good number of tote bags to be delivered with the express service. The bags were for a cd launch event. The bags are nice and my artwork looks great on them but the delivery was terribly late. I called the customer service three times as the bags didn’t arrive when they were supposed to. The customer service said:” don’t worry, the bags will be with you tomorrow.. “and the bags never arrived. It was very annoying. The day before my event I called the customer service again and had to tell them off to get my bags dispatched and delivered. They eventually arrived the day of the event.Anna Backman Rogers

Vert good bags & good choice of colors. Delivery was right on time ! Just 4 stars because on one of the bags the blue print does look a bit odd sort of pink and blue mix rather than blue. But just one out of 15! I will buy again anyway and already did ! (Ordered mugs!) thxPrincess

The quality of the material used is excellent and sturdy and was delivered earlier. My only complaint is that logo is not in the same place on the two sides of the bag. One logo is higher up the bag than the other.Nicknod

I have bought about 20 of these over a year, several different designs & colours. They are SO useful as gifts, for smaller shopping items, to keep in the car, to put a few dirty socks & pants pre wash (in grey,) and from light w.machine (in oink) good quality. Please make similar a little more spacious. OH they are great for publicising your own view of Brexit or any other issue. eg I AM NOT PLASTICSuzi
