Shopping for personalised garments is mostly a pleasure. No matter how large or small the order, you can get creative with the design, using our designer page for tshirts or any other garment you want to decorate like hoodies or polos, ensuring that your colleagues stand out, and are therefore proud of the team, club or organisation they represent. But the purchase experience can go wrong on some sites with hidden charges at the checkout. As a buyer, the whole process can go from a price you expect, to something you now question, as it's over budget. Figures showing how many people abandon the buying process at the checkout due to overinflated 'add ons' are startling. Roughly 48% to 55% of shoppers abandon their carts because of extra charges being too high, or appearing too late in the process. High shipping prices are the most common culprit, particularly when not disclosed early. Surprise fees appearing only at the final confirmation screen and additional, often opaque charges for "processing" or expedited options. It's not only a waste of the customer's time, but also means trade goes elsewhere. Research shows that transparency is key, and that providing a total cost as early as possible in the checkout process can reduce people abandoning the purchase. Here at TShirt Studio we pride ourselves on transparent pricing for the personalised products we offer. Great value is partly why we have so many repeat customers. Take the idea of a single print on any garment. Let's say a left breast "Leo's Cafe" logo design showing a coffee cup plus "Leo's Cafe" wording in your chosen font. The price you will pay is what you see on the website. This is regardless of production method. In other words, it can be printed or embroidered for the same cost. If you want to add an additional logo, on the back of the garment for example, then there's a one off additional charge of £3, again regardless of size and production method. We are super proud that we now offer an upload service for embroidery. For a new logo which needs digitised, we charge a flat one off £10 fee for the artwork. There is no fee for any new print design work. And our embroidery charge is regardless of stitch count, which is a significant feature. Once the £10 embroidery digitisation fee is paid, your design is registered on our system, and won't incur additional charges for future orders using the same file. We recommend using a single version to speed up production and avoid refund requests. Another notable feature of TShirt Studio pricing is that VAT is included which saves our customers an added 20%. Our shipping charges are additional, but this charge is nothing unexpected. If there are any queries, our customer services team are here to help. Simply email contact@tshirtstudio.com. We also offer tips on the website such as remembering to carefully read the size guide for each product as they do vary. Our customers review us highly for many qualities including outstanding levels of service, value for money, transparent pricing and simplicity of the ordering process. All of these qualities mean a level of trust builds up with our customers, which is the highest compliment of all.
