iphone case good quality, fast delivery but did not fit.my grandaughter ordered this for the iphone 5c as we thought but we had a case for the iphone se arrive instead. we have kept it and just glued it on.

Unacceptable. I placed an order late last May for a personalised IPhone 5s Case (£10). When it arrived it was cracked and unusable. I immediately emailed the customer service team informing them of this faulty product and enquiring about whether I would receive and refund or replacement. About a week or so later, I received a reply informing me that a replacement case will be sent. It is now late July (2 months later) and despite numerous emails, I have not received a reply, nor have I received the replacement case I was told was being sent. I am very unhappy with not only the product I received, but also the level of customer service I was shown. If you do not want to wait months on end with not replies or assistance, with still no solution come the end of it, I do not recommend you do business with this company.

Great despite a little mistake:) I ordered a phone case and it came the next day! Great quality just a slight issue with the writing spread out too much. Emailed and they sent me out a new one 2 days after which is much better! Thankyou:) Recommend!
