Slate coasters
These are great Christmas gifts from kids as they are personalised and cheap.
The packaging was a bit risky, two coasters together in the same bubble wrap envelope, but luckily they arrived unscathed.

Disappointing engraving
The quality of the slate coaster was good and delivery was quick. However, I’m very disappointed in the poor engraving. It’s off centre and cheapens the look of the coaster. This was a gift for a 50th celebration and now I won’t have time to request a replacement. Wish I’d read more of the reviews as clearly another person experienced the same off centre engraving issue. A shame as otherwise it would have been lovely.

I must be unlucky
Judging by the number of good reviews, I think I must be the unlucky customer.
I ordered 4 coasters, which arrived in a thin, split, single layer bubble wrap sleeve inside a plastic mailer bag. One coaster had a big chunk out of it. I took a photo and e-mailed customer service. They said they would replace the coaster. They sent the whole order again (which I wasn't expecting), this time packaged in a mug box which helped to minimise damage, however, only 1 out of 4 coasters was correct and it wasn't the one that was being replaced! One had virtually no print on it all, the other, had a thick line across it, and the replacement one had a crack from corner to corner, on both sides of the coaster. I e-mailed customer service again, including photographs. They again said they would replace the coaster.
The replacement arrived today, again in thin bubble wrap sleeve inside a plastic mailer, and again, it's damaged with a chip out (dust in the bubble wrap) and with the marker circle used to cut th

Very calming
Normally my urge to kill is quite strong, but after buying these brilliant coasters I feel much calmer.
They came very quickly, accurately made and of a good quality given the price.
Who knows how lucky someone wandering across an unlit car park was tonight.

Personalised coastere

I got clickbaited
I had bought one for my father (as a present) and decided to put a little poem although when I received this item I wasn’t too happy. The writing was a lot smaller than expected. I put an emoji and on the screen it was there but when I got it there was question marks almost to say the laser machine couldn’t process an emoji. So they should put question marks on the actual example of how it would look. Yep I will DEFINITLEY NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN. NOT HAPPY. Plus there was a little chip in the corner. **IF YOU ARE ABOUT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT, DON’T!!! IT’S NOT WORTH IT**

Great Product & Fast Service
Great idea and reasonably priced - great fun gift for friends and family.. I used them as 'place cards' at my wedding, lovely little 'favour' for guests to take home... would & will definitely use them again.
