Laser Marked Personalised Round Slate Coasters

 Arrived very well wrapped and in great condition, it’s for my Grandson to give to his Dad for his Birthday , and he will love it , thank you

 Love this company, good quality coaster and good price for delivery, only small downside was that my custom writing wasn't centred on the coaster, it was skewed to the bottom instead - not a big deal, still looked good. Would still recommend and just double check design next time before submitting

 I ordered two personalised slates for a special occasion and I couldn't be more happier for what I received. Usually with me there's a drama but with these they were so easy to order and delivery was prompt. Would highly recommend.

 These are great Christmas gifts from kids as they are personalised and cheap. The packaging was a bit risky, two coasters together in the same bubble wrap envelope, but luckily they arrived unscathed. Very pleased with them. Thank you.

 The quality of the slate coaster was good and delivery was quick. However, I’m very disappointed in the poor engraving. It’s off centre and cheapens the look of the coaster. This was a gift for a 50th celebration and now I won’t have time to request a replacement. Wish I’d read more of the reviews as clearly another person experienced the same off centre engraving issue. A shame as otherwise it would have been lovely.

Judging by the number of good reviews, I think I must be the unlucky customer. I ordered 4 coasters, which arrived in a thin, split, single layer bubble wrap sleeve inside a plastic mailer bag. One coaster had a big chunk out of it. I took a photo and e-mailed customer service. They said they would replace the coaster. They sent the whole order again (which I wasn't expecting), this time packaged in a mug box which helped to minimise damage, however, only 1 out of 4 coasters was correct and it wasn't the one that was being replaced! One had virtually no print on it all, the other, had a thick line across it, and the replacement one had a crack from corner to corner, on both sides of the coaster. I e-mailed customer service again, including photographs. They again said they would replace the coaster. The replacement arrived today, again in thin bubble wrap sleeve inside a plastic mailer, and again, it's damaged with a chip out (dust in the bubble wrap) and with the marker circle used to cut th
