Great customer service
I have been ordering from this company since 2011 with no problem. This time 2 of the mugs arrived broken. I rang customer service and was told that replacements would be sent out immediately. They were received today in good condition. It is easy to be perceived as god when all going well, but how problems are dealt with shows the mettle of the company. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Fun to make and good value
Have ordered quite a few mugs in the past as gifts, very happy with them and they come out well. The ones with the coloured handles are a bit finer than the latte mugs, but still very happy with the value for money as a self created gift item.

The Latte Mug with designs front and back exceeded my expectations, in both quality of product and the speed in which it arrived.
The colours on the design were an excellent match as was the overall quality of the image. The best review I can give is that we intend to order about 50 mugs sometime shortly

Personalised Mug
This was the second order I placed with the T-Shirt studio and I have to say I'm very happy!
I sent a personalised mug and keyring to a friend in France and I have to admit I was worried about the mug arriving intact. But it was shipped within the time promised, arrived safely and my friend says the pictures I had printed on the mug came out really well.
Good price, good product and deserving of 5 star on this occasion!

Shocking!
If I could get past giving any stars for the rating on this then I would do because they don’t deserve any.Mug arrived on Wednesday in pieces as it was put in a box with no packaging! This was the main part of a leaving gift for two days later on the Friday. When i called up
Anne brusquely took my order number, and without any apology or verification quickly advised a replacement wiuld be sent special delivery Thursday in bubble wrap-sounded very like this was a common problem! When the replacement hadn’t come to my requested work address by late morning Friday I called up,couldn’t get to speak to anyone but asked that they update me by phone or email. Only then did I receive an email to say that due to sickness they have not been able to post it as promised . They then promised a next day(today) before 1pm and still nothing!! Whole day ruined- don’t touch them with a barge pole ( but in honesty, if this is their service level they won’t be around much longer anyway!!)

AMAZING WORK
I had the mug exactly how I wanted it to be!!!! And I couldn't be any happier than that. I wanted the picture with no background color (sometimes it comes with a grey background) and it came soo soo perfect! Definitely ordering again in the future!
