Great product and service at a reasonable price. The image is lovely and the clock itself of a nice quality. I would have given 5 stars had the packaging been better. I feel it was more by luck that the product arrived in one piece as the packaging was quite flimsy.

Clock is really good, unlike most clocks you buy like this the second hand runs smooth so no clicking makes them usable in any room even with light sleeper like me. As for customer services i had to contact them via email to make adjustments they responded in seconds, none of this we will get back to you in 45 hours, end result good product great personal that make great company
