Not Entirely Happy I ordered and received a lovely personalised hot water bottle cover. With only a couple of days to Christmas I thought it was another thing sorted but there was no hot water bottle included, which was advertised. It just ment that I had to go out, source and pay for a separate hot water bottle to fit the cover. Normally not a big deal but with working and trying to get organised for Christmas it just added to the list, which was the whole point of ordering on line, was ment to ease the pressure.

Excelkent It’s a lovely gift for someone and considering it’s a personalised item it comes for such a great price. I was very pleased with it and would highly recommend
