Zephyr Competition Team Hoodie - Navy and Grey

This sweatshirt matches the original Zephyr skate team premium tee. Printed white on navy, like the original. As worn by the Zephyr competition skate team, also known as the Z-Boys, in the mid 1970s from Dog Town, Santa Monica and Venice, California. They invented the aerial and sliding skate moves, more like surfing on concrete, compared to the upright style of the day and was the basis of all aerial skateboarding today. The limited edition tee was only given to team members and was worn as a badge of honour by skaters like Tony Alva, Bob Biniak, Chris Cahill, Jay Adams, Peggy Oki, Shogo Kubo and Stacy Peralta. The designs are plastisol style distressed, giving them a retro/vintage/old school look. Printed by DTG process combining the ultimate in detail with unrivalled durability. We suggest washing the garments inside out and at a low temperature to extend the lifespan of the print. • 80% Cotton, 20% Polyester • 280gsm • Kangaroo pouch pocket • Drawcord double lined hood • Warm and fashionable • To fit chest: XS 34" S 36" M 40" L 44" XL 48" 2XL 52" WRAP certified product (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production)
