Customer service is great, but the item wasn't really what I was Fairtrade cushion and the quality of the cover itself is great. Customer service if there is a problem with your order and communication regarding queries is really great. The first print came out like the ink printer was having a fit. The second one they did and sent on their speedy delivery option came out much better, but was of a smaller size than expected (and than previously) -- maybe they felt they had to zoom out to get the print quality (I'm not entirely sure that it's quite central either). This is problematic for someone that really originally was wanting the entire cushion area printed and a border at all was a compromise. It would have been nice if they could have warned me about it before -- there might have been time for me to sort something else out for christmas if they had done it immediately. I'm stuck with it now. Not that I really have the bucks to buy two gifts for someone to be honest. On a nice cotton fabric it seems a shame to whack that stuff you get on t-shir

lovely quality Beautiful cushions, really nice quality and arrived in good time. Very neat zip up sides and I think a really good price. Pleased with print quality and will no doubt order more! I also really like how the price stays the same whilst you design unlike some websites that put up the price for every extra thing you add, and I like how simple it is to upload and edit a design. The range of styles available are great and help to make design feel individual. Have also ordered a mug and a T shirt which were equally good quality and well done. One satisfied customer! Cushions I have ordered Mugs and Cushions in the past. They have turned out brilliant. One thing I like about this company Tshirtstudio is if the quality of the picture for anything you are ordering is too small or the light in picture you have choose not going to be right or look right on the product you are odering they will e-mail you to let you know in good time. So as you can choose another one. So as it look right on product you or ordering. They before they put the picture on the product you are ordering will e-mail you the second picture you have sent them is ok. Then they will print it. Plus they are not too deer. The quality is excellent. But remember if putting writing on a mug or cushion if looks small on your laptop or computer. It will probably look like that on the product you have ordered. If looks a nice sizes and readable on the product you have ordered it will be that size. As I did in past make that mistake. It not Tshirtstudio fault. They only print the writting as you send it and the size you se
