 lovely product, but the customer service was outstanding. After a lost delivery, item was replaced no questions asked no issues, just apologies for something that essentially wasn't there fault. I even offered to wait a bit longer to see if it turned up as there was no rush for the t-shirt, but they just sent out the replacement. Amazing service.

Amazing customer service from the team. I had an issue with one of the items of clothing’s which was sorted very promptly, especially so close to Christmas. The quality seems excellent, I’ll be able to see over time how well it withstands to washing ect 10/10

 2nd purchase from the tshirtstudio and I have to say I wouldn't look anywhere else for a personalised t-shirt. The quality of the t-shirt and print are both excellent. The t-shirt I ordered was sadly too small, my fault for not ordering a large. I mentioned this on the feedback and Michael arranged for a free replacement t-shirt to be sent out in size large. Incredible customer service and I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to buy a personalised t-shirt. Thanks
