 Ordered an XL but the one sent was a small. Measured armpit to armpit and it should have been 59cm but was 45 which matches up with the size guide on the website. T-shirt looks great but I have an item I can not use!!

 The website is very easy to work through with multiple choices for each step to truly personalise your design. The t-shirt arrived quickly. Faster than I thought it would. I think the main picture will fade when it is washed, but the quality on opening the package was good. I am sure my partner will be pleased.

 Order very quickly turned around. Happy with the printing on the T-shirt but do feel a little disappointed by the quality of the T-shirt cotton. It seems rather thin, certainly compared to T-shirts I've bought off the rack. Could it be that I should have ordered the more expensive one? I didn't because the copy for that one was all about its ethical credentials (fair enough) and not enough (for me) about the actual quality of the T-shirt fabric. Having seen how good the print was on this one, I wish I'd been able to find better quality cotton for the T-shirt itself.

This was so simple to design. The website was very clear and the steps were easy to follow. The product was exactly what I had designed and the quality of the graphics was what the picture showed me. The feel of the fabric was lovely and I think it is very good quality. The waiting time for it to arrive was shorter than expected. Wonderful, unique service.
