Because they are manufactured from 100% SKAL Certified organic cotton, these t-shirts are not made using a blend of low and high grade cottons. This produces a finish which is very soft, wearable, hard wearing and washable. The SKAL certification ensures that the cotton is GM free and grown to an organic standard without the use of harsh chemicals in either growth or processing. The dyes used to colour the t-shirts are Oeko-Tex approved. The t-shirts are ethically produced and fairly traded according to guidelines set out in the Ethical Trading Initiative Labour Standards Code.

Full Colour Printing

Your design will be digitally printed directly on the t-shirt in full colour. Since water based inks are used, this technology produces the best look and feel available for cotton printing today, and is far more environmentally friendly than traditional t-shirt printing. Direct printing doesn't print white so the white elements of your design are replaced by the colour of the material printed on. This means there is no square overprint around the design, but restricts garment colour choice to white and light colours.
