Your design will be digitally printed directly on the polo shirt in full colour. Since water based inks are used, this technology produces the best look and feel available for cotton printing today, and is far more environmentally friendly than traditional t-shirt printing. Direct printing doesn't print white so the white elements of your design are replaced by the colour of the material printed on. This means there is no square overprint around the design, but restricts garment colour choice to white and light colours.
