Once again the service has been second to none! I sent a design for some fridge magnets and had a reply almost immediately needing as different format. As soon as sent I was informed that order was with art dept. One item sent instead of 12 but as soon as informed of slip, the remainder were sent Express delivery without extra charge to me. Design on the magnets is all I wished for. I thoroughly recommend Tshirtstudio for quality, service and communication. Thank you.ian

Most companies will provide their service or item as expected - you only really find out what they are like when thing go slightly wrong - and T Shirt Studio came up trumps here. I had the job of getting polo shirts for a local voluntary group, and got a couple of samples with embroidered logos to check. The group liked the samples, but wanted the embroidery slightly bigger. I ordered fifteen shirts, and added a note re the increased logo size. Unfortunately this got missed in production, and the 15 shirts were delivered at the original logo size. Phoned up, and had a helpful and sensible conversation with a member of staff (sorry, didn't get her name.) Result - an immediate offer to produce a new batch of shirts, and that we could keep the first batch. I thought this was exemplary service, and I'm sure we will be back for more in due course. We liked the shirts too! Thanks
